PickupSpec Source Privacy Policy

Information submitted through the procurement form is used to review the sourcing request, clarify requirements, coordinate candidate outreach, and respond to the business contact. Submitted information may include identity and company details, vehicle specifications, quantity, destination, delivery timing, documents, budget, and supplier preference.

Purpose and sharing

Relevant requirement details may be shared with candidate suppliers and service participants when needed to request or compare quotations. Do not submit payment-card data, passwords, sensitive personal records, or confidential technical material that is not required for the inquiry.

Retention and choices

Records may be retained for request handling, comparison history, security, and legal obligations. A business contact may request correction or deletion through the same inquiry channel, subject to operational and legal retention requirements.

Browser storage

The sourcing-benefit interface uses local storage to enforce a maximum seven-day display window and session storage to remember a ticker dismissal for the current browser session. Those controls do not extend the display window.
