Service terms
PickupSpec Source Terms of Service
PickupSpec Source provides independent buyer-side sourcing coordination. It is not a manufacturer, authorized dealer, importer of record, certifier, customs broker, lender, insurer, or destination authority. Use of this site does not create a purchase contract or guarantee supplier acceptance.
Inquiry and quotation scope
Buyers are responsible for accurate intended duty, configuration, ratings, quantity, destination, delivery window, and document requirements. Candidate availability, MOQ, specifications, price, lead time, warranty, evidence, and commercial terms require a current written supplier quotation.
Comparison boundaries
Quotations should be compared on one configuration, quantity, Incoterm, destination, inspection scope, and document list. Vehicle price, customization, inspection, inland transport, freight, duty, and destination services remain separate unless expressly included.
Compliance and decisions
FMVSS, EPA, import, registration, insurance, financing, and destination requirements must be evaluated by qualified parties for the exact vehicle category, configuration, and model year. Buyers retain responsibility for supplier selection, due diligence, contracts, payment, inspection, and acceptance.
